Privacy Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ProTech Home (“ProTech Home,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our website or request a quote.

Information we collect

When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide and a small amount of technical detail:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your ZIP code
  • Your email address, if you choose to provide it
  • Project details you select (service of interest, number of openings, timeline)
  • Whether you checked the optional text message consent box, and the date and time you submitted it
  • The exact consent wording displayed to you at the time of submission, and its version
  • The page or URL the form was submitted from, your IP address and browser user agent, where permitted by law

To understand how visitors find us, our website also keeps a simple first-party record of how a visit started: the first page you landed on, the name of the referring website (for example, google.com — not the full address), and any campaign tags in the link (source, medium and campaign name). This is stored in your browser for the current visit and attached to a quote request if you submit one. We also count clicks on our phone number button, together with the page and that same visit source. These click counts do not include your name, phone number or IP address, and we use no third-party advertising cookies for this.

How we use your information

  • To contact you about your quote request and schedule a consultation
  • To provide quotes, pricing information and project follow-up
  • To send appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and agreement links, project status updates, and customer support replies to customers who opt in
  • To keep records demonstrating when and how consent to text messaging was given
  • To operate, secure and improve our website
  • To comply with legal obligations

Text messaging and consent information

Customers may opt in to receive appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and agreement links, project status updates, and customer support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. Consent is optional and is never required to request a quote or to purchase anything from ProTech Home. If you do not check the consent box, you will not be enrolled in our text messaging program.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do use service providers that process information on our behalf — for example website hosting, database hosting, email delivery and our SMS messaging provider. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for ProTech Home, and are not permitted to use your mobile information or consent data for their own marketing purposes.

Opting out

You may reply STOP to any of our text messages at any time to stop receiving them, or reply HELP for assistance. Opted-out numbers are recorded and excluded from further program messages. You may also contact us directly to be removed.

Other sharing

Aside from the service providers described above, we may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain quote request and consent records for as long as needed for our business and legal purposes, including demonstrating proof of consent. Information is stored using access-controlled systems.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us using the details below, subject to records we are required to retain.
