These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ProTech Home website and the ProTech Home text messaging program. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information. Quotes, pricing, availability and financing are confirmed in writing after a consultation. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract.

ProTech Home Messaging Program

• Program / business name: ProTech Home
• Program description: ProTech Home sends customer-care text messages to customers and prospects who opt in, including appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and agreement links, project status updates (final measurement, production, installation), and customer support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
• How to join: Check the optional text message consent box on the ProTech Home quote request form or Text Message Program form. In person, homeowners can fill out the form on our iPad, or receive one text asking them to reply YES to receive appointment and project updates. No further messages are sent unless they reply YES. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to request a quote.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt in again.
